Here's your chance to be one of the stars of POP!, City Theatre's rock musical about Andy Warhol! This brand new show will star Anthony Rapp(RentDazed and Confused) as Andy Warhol and will be directed by Brad Rouse (Hedwig at City Theatre) and choreographed by Billy Porter (Broadway star and international recording artist).  Audition for a chance to star as one of the members of Andy's Factory in this hit new musical to be performed at City Theatre May 5-27, 2012.

OPEN CALL will be held Monday, January 23rd from 4-8pm at City Theatre, 1300 Bingham St, South Side, Pittsburgh.

PREPARE 16 bars or one verse of your favorite pop song to be sung a capella or with our accompanist

If you make the cut, you will be asked to return on Thursday, January 26 for an audition with the entire creative team. 

 

We are looking for all types, ages and ethnicities with big voices, and big personalities.  Wear your finest 70s glam and belt out your best number and who knows … you might just find your very own 15 minutes of fame!
